The next collection I am working on is going to be filled with birds. Here’s where you can help. If you have excellent, up close, high res images of birds that you would share with me and allow me to paint, please leave a message in the comments section (which will give me your email address) and I’ll be in contact.
I’m especially looking for the classic birds that people love: hummingbirds, blue birds, cardinals, all types of songbirds etc. You are the most generous and amazing people I’m so blessed to be able to turn to you guys for source materials. Thanks in advance!!!!!
I thought I might even make it a contest. Each person that supplies photos for me will be entered into a drawing and will receive a digital clip art kit as a gift. By the way, if I use your photo, I’ll provide you the art on disk for personal use as a thank you.
I’ll have to have a release form filled out granting permission for me to use your photos as they are copyright covered items. You will retain your copyright, but grant me permission to use it.

Not sure they’re what you’d want, though, considering he’s in my hubby’s hand and all. Give me a couple of days, I’ll see if I can get some better shots of him in our backyard or on the feeder on my craft room window.

I had a couple of pictures of a Blue Indigo. It was take some years back with one of the first Kodak digital cameras that used floppy disks. I hope I still have the disk. I will take some hunting.

I have TONS of bird pictures that I would be honored to share with you. I have been obsessed lately with photographing birds in my back yard. I have bluebirds, cardinals (male and female), blue jays (including babies), and several other species. Just email me and let me know what you want me to do.
I have some of a red-headed woodpecker, a red wing black bird, a junco, a chicadee, and a woodpecker that lives here in the north east that frequently lands on the ground. I also have some great baby robin pictures. if you are interested.

I don’t have any pictures of birds but if you ever decide to paint exotic chickens I can help you out there. My brother has quite a few and we took a lot of pictures of the grands with them. Good luck with your search.

I don’t have many song bird pics but I have lot of close ups of Rainbow lorikeets and eastern Rosellas, all Aussie birds if you were interested
