I came here to tell you how much I appreciate your comments on pccrafter regarding political issues. You are well-spoken (or is it well-written?), and your maturity as a Christian is obvious. I usually don’t post, because you’ve said what I was thinking and said it better than I could.
While I was here I read your post, of course. I am thankful that the faith alloted to me has never allowed me to really argue with God. I may panic a little or be disappointed at some of what He allows, but it doesn’t take long to remember that He is GOD! And HE LOVES me! He can see the big picture and knows what will come of any situation I am in or my friends or family experience. It’s all “Father- filtered,” passed through His loving hands. I can’t argue with that.
I have been tied to an oxygen supply 24/7 for almost a year. You can’t imagine the opportunities this has opened for me to share my faith. If God can use my illness to bring glory to Him, I’m happy, truly happy. Besides my time of “suffering” is nothing compared to His, or to the eternity of blessings we have ahead of us. Amen? Amen!!
