I never did picture the red door-I lost the picture completely. I can’t imagine a green door either. Wood is the way it should be and when you tried to break what should be, I lost it.

Audrey, thank you for that little devotional. You are very right in that we can’t teach our minds what “not” to do, only what we CAN do. I am reminded of Josephs plight in Egypt, when his brothers were begging for his forgiveness, and he merely said “all things work to good to them that love God”. I try to remember this, as although the stock market has taken a bad turn, perhaps this will be an opportunity for some young people who are trying to build up their retirement accounts, and they will be able to buy at lower costs.

We need to look for God’s blessings among the hardships, as we never know where the blessings may be coming from.
