A Winter Snow Freebie For You Today! By Audrey Jeanne Roberts

children with snowman link to downloadI received a very sweet note from a reader in England who notice a little typo in one of my kits from last year (OH MY!!!)  So any of you that purchased "Warm Winter Memories" either late last year when I first came to DAISIE or when it recently went on sale will need these replacement files.  So, I thought I might as well make it available to everyone as an early winter celebration!  Think SNOW!!!!!

I admit it, I’m a little touched in the head, but I just LOVE SNOW!  Part of that is growing up in San Diego, California and living there for 46 years.  It snowed twice during those years (and of course didn’t stick)  So when I moved to the mountains 3 years ago, I am absolutely in heaven.  My husband (ex-Minnesotan that he is) is sure that I’ll get sick of it one day, but I really don’t think so 🙂

To download your files, all you have to do is click on these links and they will take you to the download page.  http://www.4shared.com/file/26706002/a66fbe7a/AJROB_TEXT_childhoods_fleeting.html

When you arrive at the download links look in the bottom right hand corner and you’ll see the very small download button.  The Terms of Use on Freebies is personal use only (unless you have purchased the kit at Daisie and then the usual Angel Policy applies).  Feel free to let anyone else know about the freebie that you think would enjoy it, but please point them here rather than share the file directly.

THE PROVERB OF THE DAY: Prov 17:9-12 9 He who covers over an offense promotes love, but whoever repeats the matter separates close friends. A rebuke impresses a man of discernment
more than a hundred lashes a fool. An evil man is bent only on rebellion; a merciless official will be sent against him.  Better to meet a bear robbed of her cubs than a fool in his folly. NIV

COMMENTS:  to cover over an offense as spoken of here doesn’t mean to cover up a crime or anything similar it means to have someone offend you and not to make a big deal out of it, or to see someone doing something embarassing for instance and not running around telling people about it.  The person who gossips, who runs and tells others about it stirs up contention and brings shame on the individual.  A rebuke is another term for a correction (the word rebuke sounds harsher than it is  meant to be).  The man or woman who wants to discern right from wrong, good from evil appreciates being corrected and takes it to heart where a fool can be beaten almost to death and not get any wiser.  Have a great day!

  1. Whatever your husband says… if he’s from Minnesota, he probably doesn’t totally hate snow. At least in the mountains, I bet you see seasonal changes that are just absent elsewhere in the state!

  2. Thanks for sharing the freebie with us, AJ. I don’t mind
snow as long as I get to stay indoors and sit by the fire:)

  3. Call me dense but is it the Warm Winter Memories kit that is the freebie? Cause I can’t find the free link to it, if that is the freebie? (You’re not dense :-)! The image that is shown with the “Childhood is fleeting” text is one of the two pieces that were incorrectly spelled. They are found in the “Warm Winter Memories” kit, which is also shown just for reference. The links are large and highlighted so you can simply click on them and go to the download site. Hope that helps! AJ)

  4. Thanks so much for the gifts!!! What a generous soul you are…with your time, artwork and heart. Thank you!!
