I am taking a short break from Christmas to work on some Back to School art.
UPDATE: THIS KIT IS NOW IN THE STORE. THE PICTURE IS A CLICKABLE LINK TO TAKE YOU THERE. This first kit is "School Daze 1" and is in blues and yellows. This kit will work for boys or girls like mine that love blue and yellow (or that’s their school colors). I am also working on a companion kit, "Girls Rule in School" that is in pinks and purples. Both of these kits will be in the DAISIE COMPANY store next week.
I have a ton of quick pages made up with this and other school pages that I’m trying to figure out what I want to do with. I might do a mini album out of them just for fun. If you have any suggestions for me, be sure to post in the comments section. I read every one of them and if you ask a question or I want to comment in return I put my comments in paranthesis on your comment so everyone else can also see the comments.

My husband is on the road for a while and he took his The Message Bible (that I steal from him every morning, so I’ll bounce around with several other good reading translations!) I want to thank the people at PC Study Bible. Four years ago, they gave me their top level product to use because I am an author and it is MAGNIFICENT!!!! I absolutely love having it on my computer with all of its resources, commentaries and different translations. I used to wrestle with my giant Strong’s concordance to try to find a scripture and then have to hand write the reference or copy the verse. Totally Terrific! Although my children are no longer in school (my baby turns 31 in a couple of weeks), I do have 7 grandchildren that this kit will be awesome for!

Looks wonderful! It will work well for the older kids too it looks like. I find lots of cute stuff for the primary kids, but it’s much harder to find things for the 3rd-6th grade age group. Thanks for thinking of them, too.
Are you going to add any elements like kids reading or working on compters? That would be really helpful! (I’ll keep that as notes for later, I’m using art that I already did for a real world scrapbook kit so I don’t have any in it. But when next I paint for school it will be on my list thanks for mentioning it! AJ)

Love this set. In your description about this you said you had a lot of quick pages done that you didn’t know what to do with. How about a 4 x 6 brag book. This would be great to make up and send to far away family & friends. Just a thought. Again love it and can’t wait for it to be in the store. Debbie
